What counts as a quote
A quote counts once when Quotrova screens the buyer — that happens when you send it, and again if you change the buyer’s email, company or destination country. The same buyer details won’t count twice within 30 days. Buyer screening and the audit record run on every quote on every plan, and never cost extra.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance — 10 on Open, 100 on Trade, 500 on Signature, unlimited on Enterprise. There are no usage charges and no overage. Quotes already in flight are never interrupted: a quote you have sent stays live, and your buyer can always view, accept, or decline it.

Buyer Risk Support screens the buyer name and company on your quotes against the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List and surfaces potential matches for your review. It is advisory only — not a legal determination, certification, or sanctions clearance — and it does not cover every OFAC list or program. Confirming that your customer is not a sanctioned party remains your responsibility; search OFAC directly at https://sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov. Quotrova is a quoting platform, not a payment processor: payment-security and card-fraud screening remain your payment provider’s responsibility.
