ACGRAM Blueprints™ are software development intellectual property (IP) products sold as-is under license. They are workflow automation and data management tools designed to assist organizations with their compliance programs. ACGRAM Blueprints™ do NOT provide legal advice, regulatory certification, compliance assurance, or professional opinions of any kind. Use of any ACGRAM product does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or standard. Organizations are solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance and should consult qualified legal, tax, and compliance professionals for jurisdiction-specific guidance. ACGRAM LLC expressly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on product outputs for regulatory, legal, or compliance decisions.

ACGRAM products may integrate with or reference third-party services, platforms, databases, and APIs (including but not limited to: CVE/NVD vulnerability databases, regulatory body publications, and AI model providers). ACGRAM LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of any third-party service. Third-party service disruptions, data inaccuracies, or API changes may affect ACGRAM product functionality without prior notice.

DATA PROCESSING NOTICE

ACGRAM products process user-provided data including but not limited to: organization information, compliance documentation, personnel records, vendor/supplier data, and regulatory filing information. ACGRAM LLC processes this data solely to provide the contracted services and in accordance with applicable data processing agreements. Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to submit data to ACGRAM products and for maintaining accurate, complete records.

INVESTOR AND FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

Information contained in ACGRAM products or on the ACGRAM website, including but not limited to market data, competitive analysis, revenue projections, and compliance market sizing, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

Buyer Risk Support (part of Shield™) screens the buyer company and buyer name on your quotes against an ingested copy of the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, and routes potential matches to human-in-the-loop review with the decision recorded to a tamper-evident audit trail. This supports your own sanctions-screening program operations. It is NOT a legal determination, a regulatory certification, an audit attestation, or sanctions clearance, and it does not make you or ACGRAM compliant with any sanctions program. Coverage is limited: name-based matching on two fields, against the SDN list only. It does not screen non-SDN or consolidated lists, does not derive ownership under the 50 Percent Rule, and does not screen addresses, email addresses, beneficial owners, or your buyer’s own customers. Confirming that a customer is not a sanctioned party, and determining what any sanctions program requires of you, remains your responsibility and your counsel’s. Separately, Quotrova is a quoting platform and not a payment or card processor: payment-security and card-fraud screening are performed by the payment provider you connect, not by Quotrova. Organizations remain solely responsible for their own sanctions-compliance obligations under applicable law.
